課程目標 |
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the insight into the corporate financial management and capital markets. We will emphasize the financial aspects of managerial decisions and will cover all areas of finance, including the valuation of real and financial assets, risk management and financial derivatives, the trade-off between risk and expected return, corporate financing and payout policy.

課程要求 |
Students are expected to attend all classes, to have prepared assigned cases, and to answer questions raised.
There is one case that is due at the start of the class (9:10) on the day which they are assigned. The case will be discussed in details in the class. We will select groups randomly to make their case presentations to peers. Group members will be assigned and each group consists of no fewer than five or more than six students.
Laptops may be used in class for note-taking purposes and presentation purposes only. Web-surfing, e-mailing, and internet chatting are not allowed.
Financial calculator is recommended.
